The king of salts or more literally the “flower of salt” is considered the best finishing salt in the world. Ours is from the Guérande region of France, where the very top thin layer of salt from the surface of shallow pools of seawater is collected by hand. Fleur de Sel has a beautiful white color and is very delicate. It should be sprinkled on food immediately before serving. It will add a burst of flavor, texture and look amazing!
